   Selling your home and need a professional to stage it?

Berden-Oman International traveled to Hilton Head, South Carolina to assist a client in the staging of her home for sale. We primarily worked with the customer's existing furniture and decorations. She had allotted a small budget for additional items. We assessed the home and made recommendations for placement of furniture, pictures, and even down to how to arrange the towels in the bathrooms. The client was instructed on what to do when showing the home. We spent only half her budget on silk trees, greenery, candles, pictures, mirrors, shelving, small furniture and a "bed in a bag" (to make the master bedroom a WOW).
